Job Description
-
Prepare sketches and conceptual drawings
-
Prepare interior design presentation including perspective, mood board and material sample
-
Handle independently design and working drawings together with contract documentation
-
Liaise with contractors, suppliers and other consultants
-
General project administration
Skill Requirements
-
Degree or diploma holder in Interior Design or equivalent
-
5 years working experience in interior design
-
With design flair and presentation skills
-
Good command of Autocad, Photoshop and knowledge of 3D Max is an advantage
-
Proficient in MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese typing is an advantage
-
Good Knowledge of materials and construction
Character Required

Love design

Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive creative mind

Ability to adapt to and contribute to new ideas

Desire for personal and professional advancement and development

Job Description
-
Responsible for the project procurement covering all product categories in Building Materials and Fixtures, Furnitures & Equipment (FF&E) for commercial and residential projects.
-
Analysis of material costs and development of appropriate strategies in support of the FF&E projects
-
Conduct effective price negotiation with suppliers
-
Manage the company’s internal material database
-
Responsible for soft furnishings
Job Requirements
-
Minimum 2-3 years of Experience in FF&E Design and building materials procurement for commercial and residential projects
-
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Studio MAX & MSOffice
-
Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Self-motivated and independent, maintain a positive can-do attitude while dealing effectively with management, team members, and suppliers
-
Strong sense of integrity
-
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
